The service
What does RinooSol do?
We design, build and run business automations, such as WhatsApp replies, order handling, lead follow-up and reminders, on a managed n8n environment. You can also rent a private n8n server of your own.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Book it, tell us what your team does by hand today, and we describe the automation we would build. You decide afterwards.
Do I need technical skills?
Not for a custom build, because we do the work. On a self-serve plan, n8n is a visual tool and we take care of the server.
Is it the same n8n?
Yes. We run the self-hosted edition of n8n on a private instance for you, with every node available. Your workflows, credentials and executions live in your own instance and your own database schema.
Hosting and plans
What do I get with a hosting plan?
A private, managed n8n instance with its own subdomain. Updates, backups and SSL are handled for you, and each plan sets your CPU, RAM, storage, workflows and executions.
How fast is my instance ready?
It goes live under a minute after payment, and you can open it straight from your dashboard.
Can I move my existing workflows?
Yes. Send us your workflows and credentials export and we move you across, check that everything runs, then switch you over.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. There is no lock-in or cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Payment, refunds and support
How do I pay?
By card in EGP through our Egyptian gateway, or by InstaPay and Vodafone Cash arranged with us over WhatsApp. Both activate your plan the same way.
Is there a refund?
New subscribers have a 7-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy explains how refunds are processed and what is not refundable.
What language is support in?
Arabic and English, on WhatsApp and by email.
