Pricing questions
How billing works, in plain terms.
01 Is the price per instance?
Yes. A plan is one private instance with its own resources. If you want a second one — a staging copy beside production, for example — that is a second subscription, on the same plan or a different one.
02 How do I pay?
Card payments in EGP through our Egyptian gateway, or checkout over WhatsApp if you would rather arrange payment with us directly. Both activate your plan the same way.
03 Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel later?
Any time, from your dashboard. Plan changes apply to your running instance without a rebuild, and there is no lock-in or cancellation fee — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
04 Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. New subscribers have 7 days to change their mind and get their money back. The Refund Policy sets out exactly how it works.
05 What if I need more than the largest plan?
Tell us what you are running. We put together a custom setup for larger workloads and for complete systems delivered ready to use, and quote it with you directly.
